WALK AND TALK CONSULTATIONS ($350 without report/$400 with report)
Walk and Talks are a wonderful way to update and refine what you already have with great results! This is a low stress and affordable way to get your home ready for sale. During the consultation, we will go room-by-room with a focus on decluttering, furniture arrangement, lighting, paint and other suggested updates. In-person consultations are very much client led, so if you want us to roll up our sleeves and move things around while we are on site, we are happy to do so! After the consultation, you will receive an email with “roadmap” of our suggestions. Depending upon your time and budget limitations, you can complete as many suggestions as you like.
VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS ($250 for 1 – 1.5 Hours)
With our Zoom or Facetime consults, Brigid and Sara will virtually visit your home and walk with you through each room to answer your staging questions and assist you with furniture placement and creating spaces that “flow” and appeal to potential buyers.
