Easy Process, Amazing Results

At Metropolitan, we understand how stressful selling your home can be and do our best to make the process as easy as possible.  Here is how to get the most out of your home sale:

  1. Give us a call or send us an email to get a free estimate.
  2. Let us know if you would like us to come out for a FREE site visit to discuss your project further.
  3. Pay your deposit and request your staging date.  We typically require a 7-10 day lead time, but may be able to accommodate you sooner in some cases.
  4. Prepare your home to stage!  Our staging takes 1-2 days to complete, depending on the size of your property.
