Holds and Refunds
In order to put an item on hold, it must be purchased through our website. If you decide that you would prefer not to buy the item after purchase but prior to pickup, we are happy to issue a refund. Purchased items must be picked up within 72 hours. If the 72 hour window has expired, your purchase will be cancelled.
Please inspect your merchandise carefully. We cannot issue refunds or accept responsibility once the item has left our warehouse.
