The Forsythia Lane Project: Middleburg, Virginia

It was an absolute pleasure to stage this cozy, colonial home out in Virginia Wine Country. Built in 1860, this home is located in quaint Middleburg, Virginia filled with history, community, and festivity in the heart of Loudoun County with views of Greenhill Winery and Vineyards. There was not one detail of this lovely, stucco 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that went overlooked.

In order to create a lifestyle experience for the potential buyer, we had to incorporate and choose pieces that matched the light green, patterned wallpaper, and the light olive green cabinetry.  We used a variety of creams, dark wood tones to complement the wood flooring and beamed ceilings. We speckled black and white decor throughout the house, coordinating with the patio furniture creating a cohesive feature when viewing the home in its entirety.

A unique feature in staging this home was the office space, just next to the outdoor patio. Unattached from the home, it creates a refreshing escape to read or get some work done. This feature space truly separates work from home, but continues to benefit from the stunning views of the vineyard just next door.  A beautiful and functional space!
